FAQs

    1. Fill out the booking form on the Book Now section of our website.

    2. Davyn will get back to you within 2 business days to confirm whether or not your date is available and to answer any questions/inquiries you may have about our services.

    3. We will send you a digital contract to read over and sign along with an invoice for a $200 deposit to secure your date.

    4. We will setup a meeting to discuss details of your events and to coordinate music selection, equipment, venue details, and order of events.

    5. Final invoice is payable no later than the day before your event.

  • Choosing who to hire to DJ/Emcee your wedding/event is a big decision and we understand that it may take some time to consider all of your options. We will hold your date for 7 days with no obligation to book. After 7 days, we may book your date with another client without notice.

  • A $200 deposit is required to secure your date once our contract is digitally signed. The deposit amount will be applied to the final invoice.

  • For your convenience, we accept several forms of payment including Visa, Mastercard, Visa debit, Interac E-Transfer, and cheque.

  • We generally don’t have any limits on how far in advance you are required book with us. We still have several dates available for 2025 and 2026. However, the sooner you secure your date, the more likely it is that it will be available. Click the ‘Book Now’ link to request your date.

  • We want to make sure that your wedding day or event goes perfectly which is why we provide everything you could possibly need with no add-on fees or extra costs. We provide a high-quality sound system, premium wireless handheld microphones, wireless lapel microphones, coloured LED palette and tube lighting, and even generators/portable battery systems for outdoor events. We understand that every wedding and event is unique so if there is any special equipment needed (i.e. projectors, screens) we can certainly do our best to accommodate!

  • Yes! While based in Medicine Hat, AB, Davyn is sought after all over Southern Alberta and beyond. Whether you’re out in the country, in a different city, or in another province, Davyn can arrange to travel anywhere to help make your event incredible.   • Absolutely! Your wedding or event is all about you and your guests and Davyn prides himself on his unique ability to mix creatively and energetically across any genre. We leave the decision up to you, however. For example, some couples choose to limit requests exclusively to the wedding party and parents of the bride/groom.

  • Certainly! We’re here to make sure only your favourites get played. For example, some couples and event coordinators may request no explicit songs. Others may request to stay away from entire genres. We are happy to accommodate any request you may have for the music that gets played at your wedding/event.
